After more than ten years in the burger business, Holy Cow! has completely redesigned its restaurants to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From our logo to the layout of our restaurants, everything has been redesigned to offer a unique experience; from the moment you enter the restaurant, to the last bite of your burger.

In most of our restaurants, you can watch what’s happening because we have open kitchens and you can see Jean-Michel working at the grill, preparing your burger with passion. We have opted for open kitchens wherever possible because transparency is important to us.

The walls and floors are painted with neutral colors to highlight our furniture. Just like our burgers made with quality products, we have carefully chosen quality materials. Our oak benches and brown leather chairs combine comfort and elegance to create a relaxed and trendy atmosphere.

We have called upon an artist as local as our ingredients to paint our walls with highlights from every Swiss city that hosts one of our restaurants. Don’t hesitate to visit our restaurants in Basel, St. Gallen, Geneva, or Villeneuve to discover these amazing paintings representing our beautiful Swiss regions.

When designing our restaurants, we also thought about ensuring that there is enough space between the tables to give you privacy (which is useful, especially when your next-door neighbor is enjoying our delicious promotional burger, the Godfather).
