The Big Z returns!

Mountains, skiing, après-ski… You’ve got it, today we are paying tribute to our beloved Valais and, specifically, the Matterhorn! To celebrate Switzerland’s preferred winter tourism destination, the Big Z is returning.

The name of this new burger takes its inspiration from Zermatt, the beautiful village at the foot of Switzerland’s most famous mountain, the Matterhorn. But we can promise you right now that you won’t have to pay the price of a ski-pass to enjoy this experience!

This is the most quintessentially Swiss burger on our menu and it will be there for you throughout the coming winter months. The melted raclette cheese comes from the Piller dairy in Semsales, the air-dried beef is 100% Swiss, the other ingredients, are from across Switzerland. Just a taste will make you smile.

The most important ingredient of the BIG Z is the unforgettable raclette cheese, as memorable as Proust’s madeleine. It will warm your heart with memories of long winter evenings spent with friends and family. Feel good and enjoy the flavours!

So, come soon. You can enjoy this ultimately Swiss burger from 13 December, throughout Switzerland, from Geneva to Zurich, from Biel/Bienne to Sion, and not forgetting Grancia.
